How it works
Here is how their program works. In a nutshell, they buy commercial websites and optimize or tweak them to earn x amount of dollars per month via Google Adsense, eBay, Amazon, Clickbank, Clicksor and others. Then they sell most of them off (flip them for many times over what they paid for them), keep some...and repeat the process over and over again.

Interesting facts - Due Dilligence
Here's a little DD tip. In the WHOIS report you can see that the domain wbwso.com is registred to 'David Taylor'. As you can see here David owns over 4,500 other domains. He seems to be a busy guy that is up to his eyeballs into domains and website, excellent news! It is also very comforting to see in the same WHOIS report that the domain wbwso.com is registered and paid for till November 2018. Looks like these guys are here for the long haul.
Income plans
They offer a number of plans for us to participate in, short and long term and with different returns. Most lucrative are the three year plans that pay 0.63% daily. Investments can be anything from $0 to $10,000. Initial capital is locked in for the period of time the plan runs.
Returns can be compounded. Depending on the plan you invest in the compounding % is either fixed to 100% or can can be set to anything between 0 and 100%. This is a powerfull feature!
Examples
The 'WealthBuilder' packages lock in your principle for 3 years and returns are 100% compounding. In other words, whatever you put in there isn't coming out until three years from the start of the package.
The 'FastFlipSites' package locks in your principle for 8 months and returns are paid out every other two weeks. You can either withdraw your returns or reinvest it or reinvest part of it. You set the compounding percentage yourself and you can chang it at anytime.

A possible strategy
I recommend you start with a plan that allows you to withdraw money periodically. Either withdraw funds until you withdrawn all your seed money, than set compounding to 75% or whatever you fancy, OR compound 100% for a few months and than start withdrawing part of your returns. You'll end up with a bigger paycheck at the end of it all but it is a bit more risky of course.
If you have funds enough you might consider to put some in the longer plans as well, could be an excellent nest egg.
Most plans are based on a three year term. They started end 2008 so the first long term plans are set to payout end 2011. I aim to get my initial investment back before end 2010, all other payouts will be profit.
You can be completely passive with this program and turn $100 into $90,000 in about three years. They also have an interesting referral plan that pays 7 levels deep so do check it out if you're willing to boost your income from this program.
